Our mission
A leading gold producer — built the way that lasts.
Most small gold ventures fail in the same two ways: they build before they know what is in the ground, and they produce gold nobody international can legally buy. Golden Ceiba exists to do neither.
We prove ground with licensed sampling before a single machine is ordered. We recover gold by gravity alone — no mercury, no cyanide. We keep a paper trail a refiner can audit from the first gram. And we hire, train and pay local crews properly, because we intend to be working in the same places in ten years. Done that way, gold mining is not a gamble — it is a business a host government, a refiner and a community can all live with, and grow with.
The method

Every commitment of capital is unlocked by a measurement, not a forecast.
Sample
Licensed ground access, gridded pitting, and a mobile bulk-sampling unit that processes every pit’s gravel.
Prove
An agreed average grade over a defined volume is the go/no-go gate. Decisions are made on data, not optimism.
Build
Wash plant and earthmoving fleet ordered only after the gate passes. Local crew hired and trained.
Scale
Success unlocks further capital. Operating cash flow is reinvested on the ground — growing the operation, developing adjacent proven ground, and deepening our commitment to the host country — with the same discipline each time.

Everything we do has to survive a refiner’s audit.

We are building toward a growing portfolio of proven, documented, mercury-free operations across West Africa — each one paid for by the last, each one run by people on the ground, and each one open to scrutiny by any ministry, bank or partner that cares to look. That is what long-term commitment to a country looks like in practice: skills that stay, records that hold, and an operator that is still there years later.
